PREACHING

Preaching is the chariot that carries Christ up and down the world ---- Richard Sibbes, Puritan minister.

For since, in the wisdom of God, the world did not know God through wisdom, it pleased God through the folly of what we preach to save those who believe (I Corinthians 1:21

As you go, preach this message (Matthew 10:7).

GENTLENESS

Our loving Lord. The depths of our misery can never fall below the depths of [God's] mercy. -- Richard Sibbes

Come to me, all who labor and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn from me, for I am gentle and lowly in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light (Matthew 11:30).

Life

Good morning!
LIFE. We must not live only to live.  Richard Sibbes
Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life; whoever does not obey the Son shall not see life, but the wrath of God remains on him (John 3:36).
And this is eternal life, that they know You the only true God, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent (John 17:3).

So, whether you eat or drink, or whatever you do, do all to the glory of God (I Corinthians 10:31).
