Forgiveness

No child of God sins to that degree as to make himself incapable of forgiveness. ---- John Bunyan

But God commends His love toward us in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us.  Much more then, having been justified by His blood, ye shall be saved from wrath through Him. For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of His Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by His life (Romans 5:8-10).

He that spared not His own Son, but delivered Him up for us all, how shall He not with Him also freely give us all things? (Romans 8:32).

If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness (I John 1:9).

A hymn to read, sing, hum, or whistle, to the glory of God: From Depths of Woe I Raise to Thee

-- "Though great our sins and sore our woes, His grace much more aboundeth, His helping love no limit knows, our utmost need it soundeth, Our Shepherd good and true is He, who will at last His Israel free from all their sin and sorrow."
